Telling a Story in Pictures

Telling a story in pictures is much like telling a story in words. The story must have a theme. It must have a beginning, middle, and an ending. In this class we will look at the important picture stories of Smith, Bill Eppridge, Leonard McCombe, Dorothea Lang, Margaret Bourke-White, Robert Frank and Diane Arbus. We will explore the seven steps in making a story while creating our own. We will also discuss rights and permissions.
