Realism in Watercolors
Length: 9h.
Join Visiting Artist Elise Andréa and learn how to use watercolors effectively to create highly realistic paintings. This class will start with a three-wash lesson: flat, graded and wet-on-wet/mingle. We will then we build on that foundation with a layered wash mountain scene the first day and a sunset mingle on the second day. On the third day students may work from a still life or bring a photo in the subject of their choice. Each day will begin with an instructor demonstration. This class is appropriate for beginner to intermediate painters, a material list will be provided.
